Dining Room Supervisor

The Dining Room Supervisor is a full-time year round position at Tuscarora. The primary purpose of the position is to manage the dining room, employees, volunteers, and guests.  Their contribution to the organization will carry a special emphasis on consistent guest service excellence while striving to exceed their expectations.  The dining room supervisor works closely with the summer staff, summer staff supervisor, Conference Attendants and the Food Service Manager.

Cook/Chef

• Provide seasonal support in the kitchen (April-September)

• Must have either a food service related degree or related experience

• Opportunity for a year-round position

Lifeguard

• Maintain swimming safety at the Tuscarora pool and during riverfront activities

• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is required

• Open and close Tuscarora pool and contribute to maintenance

Bookstore Retail Associate

• Open and close the bookstore, creating a welcoming and organized space for guests

• Assist guests with purchases and operate the register accurately

• Restock merchandise and maintain clean, visually appealing displays

• Provide friendly, helpful service that enhances the overall guest experience

• Night and weekend work required

Housekeeping

Snack Shop Server

• Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare drinks, meals, and beverages

• Maintain a clean and orderly environment

• Providing joyful, courteous and prompt service to all guests

Receptionist (day & night shifts including weekends)

• Attend to the needs of the guest in person or on the phone

• Perform tasks as assigned including, typing, filing and assisting with individual reservations

Event Support Attendant

• Maintain cleanliness of all meeting areas

• Deliver and set-up snacks to meeting rooms

• Responsible for emptying and cleaning outdoor trash

• General knowledge of basic audio / visual equipment
